The exclusive Aviator Hotel on the edge of Farnborough International Airport kept me busy in the kitchen capturing a culinary master at work. I was privileged to be invited to photograph two of the latest creations by Head Chef Mateusz Maksymilian Mitka. We cleared an area in the hotel brasserie and set up shop. After whizzing around the kitchen for a few moments to grab some action shots of a man in his element, we settled into photographing the food itself. Well, it’s only courtesy to taste the goods!
